Are there any long-term contracts?
This is one critical aspect that sets us apart from competition. We work with our Clients on a ‘pay-as-you-go’ service model. We offer month-to-month services, and Clients are billed at the start of the current month and the service can be cancelled or extended at any time with one month notice in advance. For us, trust and implicit faith of our Clients in our abilities is what keeps a business relationship going for years even with or without a contract.
Can we change plans in line with our business volume?
We offer a flexible pricing model wherein Clients are not locked into any plan and can upgrade or downgrade at the end of the term. Our Customer Relationship Managers are always there to guide you with regard to the best plan that suits your business plan precisely.
Are there any cancellation charges?
No, there are no cancellation charges as we work on a ‘pay-as-you-go’ model. But cancellation does not entitle to a full or partial refund.
How do you ensure data security?
For us, information security is sacrosanct and all our data centres are ISO certified and PCI compliant. They are hosted in a data centre with 24-hour surveillance and biometric security.
What is the composition of your staff?
We have professionals with a wide variety of skills on-board to cater to the needs of our Clients. Some of them are multi-lingual while still others have experience working in diverse geographies and time-zones. How do I as a business owner estimate my call volume?
We offer daily and weekly reports to our Clients that gives them a clear idea of their average call volume and average call duration. By extrapolating these figures, you will get an idea what is working our and what is not, also the daily/monthly call volume of your Business. You can then scale up resources with Syrow in consultation with our experts.
What is the billing procedure?
At Syrow, we work on a monthly billing format. We accept online payments made through credit cards, debit cards and net banking. Should you want to make a payment through cheque or any other offline mode, please contact the Account Manager by calling or sending an email to them or to support@syrow.com for further assistance.
How do you handle the attrition?
